2 tbsp flaked hazelnuts
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp large flake oats
In food processor, blend prunes, hazelnuts, lemon zest and juice until combined. Stir in oats.
line serving dish with baking paper. Spread prune mixture evenly over top. Refrigerate for about 8 hours or until set. Cut into 4 pieces.
